The terms that govern your use of the Joman Food wholesale ordering platform and services.

By accessing or using the Joman Food Inc. platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including wholesale customers, staff, and visitors.
Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, current business information during registration
- Accounts are issued to authorized business representatives only and are non-transferable
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining its security
- We reserve the right to decline or revoke accounts that do not meet our wholesale criteria
Orders & Pricing
- All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice and are confirmed at the time of order submission
- Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Joman Food Inc.
- Minimum order quantities (MOQ) and order increments may apply to certain products
- Promotional pricing, volume discounts, and promo codes are subject to their stated terms and expiration dates
Payment Terms
- Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon during account approval (e.g., Net 30, prepay, or online payment)
- Late payments may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance
- We reserve the right to place accounts with overdue balances on credit hold, suspending new orders
- All payments must be made via approved methods: Square, bank transfer, or cheque
Cancellations & Modifications
- Orders may be cancelled or modified before they are fulfilled — contact us as soon as possible
- Once an order has been shipped or is out for delivery, cancellations are not guaranteed
- Custom and special-order items cannot be cancelled after confirmation
Limitation of Liability
- Joman Food Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada
- Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in full effect
