Delivery Areas
- We deliver throughout the Greater Vancouver area and across British Columbia
- Extended delivery zones (Vancouver Island, Interior BC) may incur additional shipping fees
- Pickup is available at our West Vancouver warehouse — 1590 Bellevue Ave #200, V7V 1A7
Delivery Schedule
- Standard delivery: 2–3 business days from order confirmation
- Orders placed before 12 PM (noon) may be eligible for next-business-day delivery
- Delivery windows are coordinated with your receiving team for convenience
- Recurring orders can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly for automatic restocking
Shipping Costs
- Free delivery on orders over $500 within the Greater Vancouver area
- A flat delivery fee applies for orders under $500 — see your account for details
- Extended zone deliveries are quoted per order based on distance and weight
- Cold chain and temperature-sensitive items are handled at no additional charge on qualifying orders
Order Tracking & Receiving
- Track your orders in real time through your account dashboard
- Email notifications are sent at each stage: confirmed, fulfilled, and out for delivery
- All deliveries include a packing slip — please inspect and report any issues within 24 hours
- For carrier-shipped orders, a tracking number is provided via email
